Linq Alias Generator will automatically create "friendly" alias names for database column names commonly used in Linq2SQL.

Currently let's say you have a column in your table called product_name - well that's a pretty crappy name to use in code. LAG will change the name to ProductName while maintaining the internal storage of product_name.

The application simply runs as an "Open With" option in visual studio and will convert existing dbml files to the more useful alias based ones. Future versions will have better integration with VS so if you're good at writing those extensions please get in touch :)
